Women in Combat
The definition of combat is a fight, battle, and or struggle. There is a national debate on whether or not women should be able to fight in front line with the men that are serving for our country. There are many reasons why women should be allowed while there are the same amount of reasons why they shouldn’t be allowed.
One main reason that people say women should be allowed to fight in war is that if men should be allowed to so should women. Equal rights between men and women were established long ago. War should not be and exception. If men can go and protect the lands of the country that they love, aren’t women able to do the same? Show that they love their country and freedom just as much as the next person? Many people would answer that with a very strong yes but others would answer with a strong no as well.
There are many reasons why people say that women are not able to fight with men. People say that if men and women are in the same unit that if war would break out then men would be “foolish” and try and protect the women in their units. Its also said that some women have reported that they have been sexually harrassed or assulted by the men in their unit.
In my opinion I think that men and women have equal rights and those equal rights should inculde to allow women to fight, serve, and protect the country they love. I think that if men can go and risk their lives for what they feel is right women can to.
In conclusion, people in the United States have their own opinions about the situation. Not all of them the same. People think women should be in the war. Some people think otherwise. They are all their opinions that they are entitled to but all the same whats right and whats rong?

Mayy5th'ohtenn(:
One of the new laws say that if you are 14 yrs of age and you manufacture, deliver, or are caught with possession with intent to deliver a narcotic drug you can be tried as an adult and spend time in an adult facility...is that right? I dont think it is for the simple fact that if a 14 year old child is living in the ghetto and him or his family live a broke life if makin and sellin dope is the kids option for a money income then i say its okay and he should be tried as a juvinille. But if a rich kid sells dope and gets caught should he be tried as an adult...? I honestly dont think so I think that if its okayy for one person to make and sell dope then its alright for the rest of us but I dont think we as kids and teens should be tried as an adult because we are not adults we are kids that do dumb things and i think we should get the "kid" punishment and sentance.

If a juvinile of the age 14 commits the crimes of:
-murder
-kidnapping
-sexual assult
-armed robbery
-treason
-arson
-assult with a deadly weapon
can be tried as an adult in the court of law. They can be transferred from a juvienile detention center to an adult facility. Personally I think that someone should not be tried as an adult untill they are of the age of 18 years old. I dont think that a 14 year old kid could handle being charged as an aduld and having to be put in an aduld jail or prison.
